Destination Fitness offers a unique twist to reformer Pilates incorporating TRX as well as our reformers on rockers, challenging your core for an amazing workout. Each class you will experience the combination of the mindful movements of Pilates on the Reformer Rocker and the challenge of suspension training on the TRX to leverage gravity and your body weight for a full body workout. You will increase energy, reduce stress, strengthen without bulk for a toned and slender body. We offer group classes 7 days a week, accommodating up to 10 clients at a time.
For a more intimate training session, we also offer private and semi-private sessions. Private/semi private sessions are scheduled over the phone or via email.
