All of our trainers have been trained in anatomy and understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Apart from her training in Pilates and TRX, Rachael has studied nutrition for the past 8 years. Utilizing the combination of Destination Fitness OC training and adjusted healthy eating habits, Rachael was successful in losing 35 pounds over 8 years ago. She works every day to maintain her ultimate fitness destination and is committed to assisting you with your journey.


Rebecca Garcia

Functional Training

Rebecca discovered Pilates and immediately loved the discipline and benefits of the practice. Her appreciation for the mind-body connection of Pilates has allowed her understanding that the body cannot go where the mind has not been.  As a classroom teacher, she is able to recognize each clients strengths and needs.  She looks forward to working with clients privately and in groups and is committed to helping clients reach their fitness destination and discover the benefits of Pilates.


Shirley Karina

Shirley discovered Pilates at the suggestion of her sister to deal with neck and shoulder issues after multiple car accidents. After her first session, she was hooked. As a gym rat and former bodybuilder, she was immediately drawn to Pilates for challenging strength, building and keeping lean muscle. Shirley's classes are a mixture of traditional Pilates combined with fitness and athletic movements.

Lauren has been with our studio for over 4 years. She is trained in traditional Pilates as well as Lagree. Lauren specializes in booty bustin’ workouts and intense position holds that get you shaking and burning calories immediately. Her classes promise to leave you feeling exhausted and amazing all at the same time!


Lexi Luicani

Over 9 Years ago Lexi fell in love with the sweat, shake, and burn of Lagree Fitness. It changed her over all well being and transformed her body completely losing over 50 pounds in 2 years. She became certified in both Lagree and traditional Pilates changing her career as a Pharmacy Technician knowing fitness was her true passion. She has been with Destination Fitness for over 4 years now and loves trying new moves and challenging clients everyday!


Alicia Santibanez


Calorie burning sets

The very first time Alicia took a Pilates class she fell in love. She started taking classes in 2013 and had the most amazing instructors. Alicia had tried so many workouts before but it wasn’t until she started at her first studio that she actually started to notice her body changing. It was a combination of HIIT, pilates and clean eating that did it for her and she have been hooked ever since.

Season has been active all her life, from playing soccer, to running, and currently riding and racing mountain bikes. Season found Pilates years ago after suffering a back injury biking and with a dedicated practice, Pilates healed her! She believes that Pilates is for everyone, no matter what stage of life you’re in: from rehabilitation, to injury prevention, to athletic conditioning, and so much more.

Rowena’s fun style of training is sure to keep you coming back. Rowena specializes in form and classic exercises. She has been with Destination Fitness OC for almost 2 years and makes our Monday evenings something worth looking forward to!
